      Nothing that I can really complained about, I think like any other PS company, you probably might found yourself jumping between projects, some count it as a downside but others including me find that challenging

      Pros

      - pay and benefits for technical folks - great community of like-minded people - some of the projects are way above average in terms of job content - gives you plenty of opportunities to travel and relocate - great career prospects if you follow the trends, develop yourself and generally perform high - a lot of side/optional non-project activities available to contribute to if you have time and can keep the right focus - amazingly charismatic CEO, a true role model and an inspiration to many colleagues at EPAM including myself

      Cons

      - the pay is not amazing for non-tech profiles - there are legacy projects (as in any company), if you're stuck in one of those for years, it may be hard to catch-up - some of the interesting client-facing is mostly happening onsite (e.g. US, UK, Switzerland, etc), if you're not ready to relocate to either of those, there are fewer options available for career growth - despite English being the official language, its fluency is still lacking in some (legacy) parts of the organization
