Pros

Salaries generally increase with inflation. The overall benefits package has improved in recent years, including flexible holidays, health cash plan (but nothing unusual).

Cons

Too many poor and overpaid managers. Very bad at IT projects so staff are drowning in spreadsheets. Very odd culture in Finance department. Rapidly losing market share to competitors. Increasingly high turnover of operational staff.
