Pros

Progressive organization that understands it needs to get better. Constant improvement at every level is the expectation. Open to new ideas on a daily basis, open door policy at just about every level. The VP meets with the entire team daily to encourage open communication. The company is focused on growing and adapting to the market place. We work hard, and stay late whenever we need to, but the atmosphere inside of the team is so great that we enjoy it. The VP is awesome. Whatever you need, whenever you need it (as long as it makes sense). Will literally walk you into the CEO's office to help you get to a fast resolution. The team gets along great, and you can't help but have a good time while you're getting work done. We take pride in how much we accomplish, but we are continually trying to get better. This is hands down the best job I've ever had.

Cons

Owned by a very large company with policies that sometimes slow down a startup. Constant change can be frustrating in the moment, even though overall it is very exciting.

Pros

Ecova has a true vision for the future - looking forward not only how to be a better business partner to its clients, but also how to be a better corporate citizen. The executives readily engage the employees to be a part of developing that vision. It's an exciting time.

Cons

As with any changing time in an organization, there are a lot of moving parts and much work to keep the culture aligned with the vision.
