Pros

They don't care if you are doing anything for your wage, as long as you pretend to be doing something or crawl up the manager's or supervisor's back door.

Cons

Where shall we start... well, actually everything. You don't get a proper contract, you're lucky if your wages are paid correctly every now and then, overtime en masse for endless hassle to get it paid - if you fancy listening to abusive finance staff. Management is rude, cunning and abusive, their promises and arguments mean nothing unless you want to wait until the 32nd of January... Most horrible company I have ever worked for, still recovering.
