- Pay is sub-par compared to other jobs. They took away Bonuses from Mid-Level employees and their "Merit" increases are not impressive.
- Upper management micro manages. In turn, making you feel more like a number to the them.
- Some employees becoming disgruntled, lowering floor morale
- Career Opportunities may be lacking if you don't have a degree or know somebody
- They pushed a ton of OT hours during the holidays to "Catch Up" which in turn didn't create a good Work/Life balance although hat is something they preached.
- New management is creating a different atmosphere which has gone away from "Family Friendly Oriented" to typical corporate once JEFF H left the company.
