Part-time hours which suit people who study or have weekend work. Option for overtime. There is the option of other job roles within the company.

Cons

The work can be boring, holiday days are not many and not that flexible as to when you can book them

Terrible compensation. Can't figure out senior management . . . Highest levels pretend everything is fine and everyone's great.
