A lot of advancement opportunities since ENGIE is currently experiencing the hyper growth in business. Management treats you right and no micro-management, you also get to utilize your full potential. Tons of smart people around here that you can learn from, employees are friendly, great morale overall. Really love the goal and mission of the company to provide global sustainability solutions, lead the scene, keep calm and just Go Green!

Cons

It would be great if the compensation could be better. At least match your employee skill set with the desirable pay grade.

Pros

It is an honor to play a part with a company that is making our planet a better place to live now and in the future. In a short, though quick six months I have been here, the team I work with is very supportive and helpful. We respect each other and work well together to solve our customers' problems.

Cons

For a large-sized global company, there is a lot to improve upon with our current decentralized, disparate systems. This has been identified by upper management and is working towards creating a seamless HR Eco-System.
