Pros

At a high level they are a forward facing and optimistic company. They have good ethical values. They have good CR initiatives. Also, a good life-work balance.

Cons

The size of the company means that the level of bureaucracy and process to get anything done is highly frustrating. Constant restructuring The enthusiasm, passion and innovation of the high management does not filter down to the average employee. This is even more true outside of France. We lose our top employees because of this and the slow implementation of projects.
