Great people, look out for each other. Opportunity for progression and studying. Good location and office, socialising afterwards in the city.

Cons

Constant staff turnover, people work for year then leave. Big disconnection between senior management and staff, nothing filters up or down HR are very poor, very unsympathetic and sometimes rude. The work is boring and they pay below average.
