Pros

Most people you come across are helpful and easy to work with. Relatively low pressure environment, though can often work as a negative. Middle management are left with little or no time to man manage, either you're someone that thrives in this situation or someone that will struggle. If you like to take your initiative and work autonomously, generally with only high level guidance, you will probably do well and progress relatively quickly. Staff are encouraged to take ownership and are generally left to manage their own workloads. Decent benefits package, though it's whittling away over time.

Cons

Business still not found its feet since the group merger 3 years ago. If you like a structured support and processes, you will hate it. Opportunity to progress but there is a relatively low ceiling for salaries. You will have to accept ENGIE is a stepping stone if you are ambitious. Little to no training available. A big deal is made of resource available but the content is weak, when asked for specific courses nothing ever gets delivered. Internal politics holds the company back on a daily basis. People are trapped in a cycle of covering themselves, often not being honest about performance. Most staff will struggle to articulate the business' vision and how we are going to achieve it. This is largely because Senior Management aren't able to either... A lot of talented staff are leaving. Its creating a vacuum that in the short/medium term is making it a very frustrating place to work.

Pros

ENGIE Insight as a company cares about you as an individual I get to come to work and make a difference and the company shows how much they appreciate hard work and make changes based on people first and that is important because without a people there is no company. Thank You ENGIE Insight!!!! The intersectionality, and core of the company house a deeper understanding of the sociological aspects of how a company thrives. More companies could pick up on the methodologies and the epistemological perspective of this company. ENGIE in my mind is a leader in making strides towards a better work place and in the world today those leaders are Hard to find.

Cons

The only Con is I didn't know of this company sooner. ----D'Aprile, Kayla
