Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback following your experience at ENGIE. We are pleased to know that you valued aspects such as social impact, diversity, autonomy, and our focus on sustainability — these are important dimensions of our corporate culture. At the same time, we take note of your concerns regarding transparency, favoritism, and the lack of mentorship. According to our internal survey, in 2024, 91% of ENGIE's employees believe that employees from different backgrounds and identities are treated fairly and equally in their entity; 72% are supported in their development to acquire the skills and competencies to move towards the jobs of tomorrow; 66% are given the training opportunities they need to improve their skills. Moreover, ENGIE has validated and deployed first to managers of managers its new People Development Strategy, aimed at identifying its employees’ potential and accelerating their career Development. This strategy will be deployed in 2025 for all managers. Constructive feedback such as yours is valuable, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the experience of our teams. We appreciate the time you dedicated to ENGIE and wish you success in your future endeavors. Best regards, The ENGIE HR Team
