Motivated and friendly coworkers. Decent benefits.

Cons

Low pay and slow to promote high performing staff. Very small yearly bonuses. Disorganized leadership and work direction. Working harder doesn't translate into adequate compensation.

Laidback atmosphere, good salary, a lot of freedom, very good work-life balance. Freedom to gain technical depth and expertise

Cons

They don't allow remote work (only hybrid, but still require 2 days per week in their office)
