Very Flexible, no micromanagement. Friendly colleagues

The team is quite understaffed and underpaid. Sometimes it feels like there's a lot of friction between Account Managers and Support

Pros

Leadership makes it very clear that they care about their employees and want to put their interests first. The company also handled the COVID-19 Pandemic very well by providing employees with resources and support to ensure they were safe and comfortable continuing work during this time.

Cons

Pay could be higher for the demand of work volume, but overall benefit package is really good.
