Very generous PTO package, hard to beat anywhere else I've seen. Depending on the team, will have a good time.

Cons

They are moving too fast for their own good, making lofty client promises that are nearly impossible to meet and leave the lower people to answer for unmet goals.

Little micromanaging. Flexible schedules. Company has a relevant and great business solution portfolio. Geared to help reduce carbon footprint for major companies all over the world.

Cons

Pay is exceptionally poor. Staffing is suffering due to this, even prior to covid. High rate of change. Management in top positions do not understand the daily workings. No accountability for employees or management. Wishy washy when it comes to communication

Pros

Good wages, generous vacation and sick leave, and insurance benefit package. Engaged , proactive, caring but somewhat disconnected management.

Cons

Very stressful. Understaffed. Quality is explicitly stated as top priority while production goals are implicitly rewarded and stressed with insufficient resources to achieve both. This results in those best able to game the system flourishing and those actually doing quality work and having to take up the slack and fix the mistakes made by those cheating getting low reviews because of their lower production compared to those gaming the system.
