Pros

Challenges are plenty. Cross skilling into new areas is encouraged.

Cons

Budgets are tight. You get overloaded with work and no pacing yourself. Working from home was not encouraged even though it was officially allowed

Pros

If you are mediocre, this is the company for you

Cons

Toxic place to work Incompetent management Very siloed teams No one knows what is going on elsewhere No pay hikes Bonus funding is (probably) unfairly distributed Strangely relies on contractors instead of in-house engineers
