• You get to work from home. • You can work OT pretty much every week. • Decent Benefits.

Cons

• Forced OT is applied even if your team is doing great with their work. • A lot of toxic passive aggressive behavior between coworkers/managers on work quality. • Starting wage is below market value. • Toxic work environment. • Your numbers and workload are heavily tracked. • Terrible employee turnover rate. • Lack of promotion/advancement. • Company lacks valuing employees.
