Pros
The best reasons to work for EMPLOYERS - good benefits, generous paid holidays and lots of disclosure about where the business is and where it is heading.
Cons
Although I think the vision of the company is good, sometimes the execution is lacking. It seems to me that the people working in the trenches opinions are not as important to some of the upper management as they should be, and are often not solicited prior to making major changes to the business that will most effect the trench workers.
