Pros

Co workers were such outstanding and wonderful people. Management was always accessible and provided support when needed. Company provided training opportunities to further enhance your skills. Management really values its employees.

Cons

Claims Examiners are hourly not salary so overtime was rare. This made it difficult to meet goals. This however was NOT the fault of Employers Compensation but of the California Law.

Face paced work environment with excellent pay. Personnel are great to work with. Very competitive pay and benefits. Beautiful office environment.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons, except there is a lot of pressure to perform your duties, which would be expected of any other employer.

Plenty of work to do so days go by fast

Cons

No focus and leadership is secretive. They talk about work-life balance but I never had any because the work they had us do needed to be done
