Pros
EMPLOYERS has great people, who have unique skill sets and really care about the work they are doing. The benefits are good, and there is a paid volunteer day each year you can use in any way you'd like. It is a company in transition, so you might find new and different opportunities for growth than you'd find two years ago.
Cons
Almost all of the senior leadership staff are leaving or have recently left, and some of those who replaced them are not particularly clear or actionable leaders. Groups which were conditioned to running so fast toward a goal now find themselves without clear leadership, and without clear goals or direction to work toward. As attrition has occurred, employees are not being quickly replaced, and so an already heavy workload keeps getting spread amongst fewer and fewer people which is very stressful and causes more people to leave because there is no end in sight to their heavy workloads. The senior leaders have also taken on more and more departments, and may not be able to provide equally adept direction for all departments as they are also spread pretty thin.
