Great work environment. Ability to work from home. Encourages good work/home balance. Constantly working on processes to improve productivity

Not many. They are on the lower end of the pay scale, but their benefits package is excellent

Schedule allowed for working M-F with vacation provided each year. Possible annual bonuses were shown as well.

Cons

Management didn't seem to know what they were doing too much, also their annual "bonus" wasn't up to par.''
