      Avoid EMPLOYERS INS COMPENSATION

      Pros

      Salary & benefits are decent. Glendale location is close to restaurants & bars ( convenient for lunch & happy hour ).

      Cons

      Management is horrible in claims department. Supervisors & manager were always pressing overworked, stressed-out staff to work harder & faster. They always threatened termination at company meetings & in private meetings. Blatant harassment, racism, & sexism are rampant at this place. Numerous complaints, from multiple employees, to HR were ignored. Miserable!

      Pros

      Stable Executive Leadership, Hard Working and Caring People, Improving Systems and Processes. Great customer base. Expanding footprint across the US.

      Cons

      Need to do a better job of promoting from within and developing future leaders. Inconsistent throughout the organization. Also need to be more open to certain positions telecommuting.
