Pros
Great co-workers, good starting pay and benefits. If you have no career growth goals, this is a good company.
Cons
The Executive team is out of touch and does not believe in their people. They reside in an area of the building that is closed off to all other employees and rarely ever interact with staff. Over the last several years 8+ jobs have opened at the officer and executive levels and many good, qualified internal candidates have applied. Only one opening was filled internally. Raises and non-officer bonuses have been in the 2% range for years. Inflation rates for the last 5 years are around 7%, so we're not even keeping up with inflation and cost of living increases.
