Pros

Dynatrace is an excellent place to work. The attitude of the people and work culture are great. The salary is reasonable for a recent graduate and is improving steadily. The company has a lot of switched on people working on the latest high-tech software intelligence products.

Cons

As a consultant, you are working on the client site most of the time and, depending on the client, can have a poor work setting and lack of Dynatrace culture. The technology development and sales pace can be ahead of the client, so some patience is required to work well with large enterprises that may be playing catch-up.
