      Startup Woes

      Some really great people, Office location, social events

      Cons

      The middle management was very disappointing, The focus was so much on company culture, yet there was so much in-fighting and back stabbing it became untenable. EMEA was poorly run and a lack of techical sales really caused a problem. Promotion for EMEA employees was virtually non-existant and run totally from the U.S. No work from home policy. Poorly managed product.

While I do feel that we have company culture that lives by our value “be kinder than necessary” and that our product is exceptional, your review outlines a different picture. I am disappointed that our channels for feedback at Duo did not work for you.       Pros

      - Duo promotes learning! Unlimited book budget & free online courses! - Great work-life balance (Open PTO policy). - Many little perks such as fully stocked micro kitchens. - Amazing culture. Everyone here is very friendly & willing to help.

      Cons

      Duo is growing quickly so there are some growing pains that come with it. As an employee, this can be seen as a blessing in disguise, I've learned to be very flexible & adaptable due to our momentum!

      Amazing product that is taking the Security world by storm, backed up by an employee People & Culture that fosters collaboration, mentoring and career growth.

      Cons

      The fast growth of the talented Duo community makes it hard to keep up with all the new "smiling" faces sitting across the table from you at lunch or meetings.
