      The have a good induction and 2 months honeymoon period If you are a chemical engineer than it is a good place to be

      Cons

      For a mechanical engineer from a premium institute, there is no place. They dont know what to do with you and you yourself have to figure out whats your JD is.

      if you like to keep following up with people for every little thing this is the best place, the leadership will give your manager work and expect you to follow instructions, this is a preference for some people.

      Cons

      One of the most egotistical leadership, lot of lip service to values nothing works on the ground, purely top-down approach despite that system being discredited
