      DRL is driven by intellect and practically managed company having high potetial for growth.

      Pros

      DRL have many intellegent employees as required for the high growth. Its also a practically managed organisation. Normally it functions professionally. Has got hugh potetial for the growth and is result oriented organisation. It has set certain goals and objectives to guide itself to success.

      Cons

      As every principle has got some pros and cons, DRL's way of management is no exception. Practical approach to Management is having toll on many of intellegent people who fall prey to the oraganisational politics. Since its professionally managed, nothing is being done to understand the grassroot situation at shopfloor. 'When we aim for long term success, we need to be patient" is the slogan that Top Management need to understand letter by letter.

      They play salary tricks. Showing huge but ultimately in hand will be very less. so be aware if you are planning for Dr.Reddys.
