Conducive environment for employees and the employer is known for employee care...takes best care of employees. The exposure one gets is of international standard and one really feels elated to work to be part of Dr.REDDY's.

Cons

L+1 are the once who decide the fate of the subordinates even that it boasts of having a transparent appraisal system, employee also should be present when the reviews are going, so that it will be clear to the employee whats happening and why and even can know what his L+1 is portraying about the employee.
