Pros

People are professional in approach. The company truly has "open" door policy in other words most employees incl. senior ones are approachable. Lot of learning potential as company moves ahead compared to most its peers to adopt latest changes, new innovations, systems and processes.

Cons

Much pressure - but then again it is a growing company and expand a lot during my time there.

Great working environment. Company is on the rise. One of the better manufacturing plants in the area. Far more friendly people than usual. Willing to spend money to do things the right way.

Cons

Wage scale a little low for skilled trades. Every decision seems to take forever. Advancement opportunities are pretty rare.
