      Knowledge enhancement , good package , opportunity to know regulatory bodys, their policies . Opportunity in facing regulatory audits, good cross functional activities, Better facilities.

      Cons

      Middle management which can't change with time is always a problem for Dr. Reddy's. They won't change and show their powers on others and made them to leave the company.
