Great work culture. Truly a people oriented organization. Fast growing but continues to be entrepreneurial despite its size. Also a very ethical organization with high standards of transparency.

Cons

Not all managers in the company are progressive and modern in their outlook. There are still pockets of mediocrity..

if you like to keep following up with people for every little thing this is the best place, the leadership will give your manager work and expect you to follow instructions, this is a preference for some people.

Cons

One of the most egotistical leadership, lot of lip service to values nothing works on the ground, purely top-down approach despite that system being discredited
