      Not any that I can think of. When it was located in Bridgewater.

      Cons

      To say this is the worst place I ever worked for is an understatement. No Training whatsoever. High turnover ratio. Managers are useless. Pay is bad. Discrimination against non-indians. I've seen Non-indians workers get let go left and right. Not a company to start off your career path. The upper managers are running the company as if they are religious gods.

      Dr. Reddy's is a company with great work culture. There is a strong emphasis on ethics and integrity. There are a lot of learning and development opportunities and there is openness to hear and appreciate new ideas.

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive as compared to some other companies in the similar industry and growth of the individual can be slow based on the function in which he or she is working.
