      People will help you a lot , it's a friendly workplace with flexible timings

      Cons

      You will handling relatively less number of projects compared to other pharma companies Very rigid system with lot of protocols Too much of politics which if not careful may will hamper your personal and professional growth (attributed to less no of projects)
