Good place to learn some skills as a fresher.

Cons

Middle management is partial. No transpirancy and fitness in internal promotions and job roles. Undervalues deligent efforts. Recent hirings from Intas were incompetent to say the least. Support for freashers from senior staff and management is significantly lacking.
