Pros

Nice people to work with, collaborative and easy going. As a whole team is great to get the company´s goals.

Cons

As each department it seems sometimes that instead of the same company, they work totally separate and it´s doesn't matter if the other department suffers consequences. You always have to stay after hours without any compensation, which meant people is not enough but they didn't hire more to accomplish all the tasks
