      * It is a fabulous place to work. * In India it is the best pharmaceutical manufacturer that gives employees loads of benefits. * It has a very good and vast system. * It is a knowledge bank where you have to learn things yourself.

      * The multi level of decision making. * Hard to learn the complexity in the system quickly. * Fear to do a new or unknown assignment or job. * Variable pay

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, collaborative and easy going. As a whole team is great to get the company´s goals.

      Cons

      As each department it seems sometimes that instead of the same company, they work totally separate and it´s doesn't matter if the other department suffers consequences. You always have to stay after hours without any compensation, which meant people is not enough but they didn't hire more to accomplish all the tasks
