Benefits and pay and some cool projects to work on

Cons

Toxic environment that will cause you to burn out quickly. There is little to no team camaraderie here. The work from downtown/home policy is a fraud, you will be making the commute to Riverwoods 4 times a week, and you are frowned upon if you do not work extra hour on evenings/weekends. The stress levels of working here are totally unnecessary, and to top it off the management teams are unapproachable. Do yourself a favor and find something better.

Roger (CEO) and Andy (CHRO) announced removal of all previously approved flexible work arrangements to mandate 3 days in office for all Chicagoland and Houston employees regardless of who they work with, where their teams sit or any agreed upon arrangements. Remote employees are exempt but all others will have their attendance monitored and reported with punishment of possible violations to code of conduct. I do not recognize this company. The values they tout ring hollow.

Generous PTO and generally team orientated and inclusive atmosphere.

Cons

Leadership makes decisions that are not in the best interest of their employees. Pay below average compared to competitive companies in the area. Mandatory hybrid 3 days in, absolutely no exceptions and lack of flexibility despite claiming they provide it.
