Pros

Not many it was a headache

Cons

Bathroom breaks weren’t allowed unless you took time out of your already short breaks. If your mouse didn’t move for more than 5 minutes (like you were reading or writing notes) they’d question where you were— sitting at my desk, READING or TAKING NOTES. As a then, 36 year old woman, I didn’t need someone watching my every move while working remotely. It was ridiculous.

Pros

You get to Work from home.

Cons

If your having a kid In the first year don't expect to get paid parental leave. I got fired due to calling off cause I was needed in the hospital for my child's birth. Wouldn't have missed that. Don't expect to be able to take care of your kids while working there either need a baby sitter still cause they won't allow you to move from your phones to take care of something or you'll get wrote up.
