      Pros

      Co-workers were great group to work with, lots of knowledge sharing. Nice cafteria at Riverwoods, IL campus.

      Cons

      Merchant division pays employees 20% below market rate. Senior management constantly changed department goals. Lots of turmoil between senior management within division as well as with Card side. Employees quickly learn to keep their mouth shut, do their jobs and suck up to management to get promoted. Once your forty years old your out the door!
