Pros

There is no requirement to dress up. I could wear jeans all week with a tshirt and I was fine. There is always potlucks

Cons

The pay sucked, they did not want to give any raises or incentives. That is the main reason I left the company and also because there were not any growth opportunities.

Pros

The people are great and friendly, I am still close with many of my coworkers and was able to form close bonds. The company benefits are great, the call centers are laid out great and all technology is pretty up to date. Attendance policies are by far the most lenient I have ever seen.

Cons

Micromanaging, breathing down your neck constantly.... You can't be perfect enough here. Always being asked "what could you have done better?" even when you hit every single expectation on the head. Absolutely no room for advancement either, while the company as a whole preaches promotion from within, I never once saw if happen in the hundreds of interviews I witnessed. They were almost always hired externally.
