Pros

Great place to work! The culture at DFS is fantastic as are the people that work there. The company really gets the work/life balance and does whatever they can to make sure you aren't working yourself to death. The career advancement potential is huge. The benefits are hard to beat.

Cons

Once you're in you're ability to grow your income levels are drastically reduced. However, If you're coming in as an external employee with an MBA they are very competitive.

Health benefits, 4 week vacation time given in beginning of year IF you give notice it is easy to get specific vacation days off

Cons

You attached to head set all day you don't get much of a chance to talk to fellow co workers cause usually they have, different breaks I worked until midnight and did not like getting out of work that late
