Pros

Benefits, PTO, Fitness Center, Make Friends Easily, Different Shifts Available, Overtime Pay, Instant Messenger to talk with other friends that might be across the building.

Cons

If you're hired externally you'll make more than someone in the same position who has been with the company for years. Team Leaders would have "favorites" even though they denied it Cafeteria Sucks In a call center environment it's all about who you know and how much your willing to suck up to them to get a promotion Work gets very repetitive
