Crap pay,incentives taxed like no other,empty promises,promotions based on who you know not what you know,be prepared too be under payed and have you're calls graded and be told what too do by people who don't understand or have forgotten how it feels too take 80+calls,Prepared to be told I'll get that done or be listened too and have nothing fixed,if you get a new Team leader prepare for them too have no experience in you're department and be told what too do and how too handle you're calls by them.

Pay could be more, night shifts you are pretty much on your own
