Pros

-Remote -Lots of PTO -Online team activities -flexible schedules

Cons

-No Spanish department in Home Loans -Discouraged to used email or fax for borrower documents (it's 2025?) -they use an offshore team to do the majority of the reviews and/or inputting information on the loan applications and their work needs to be corrected by the document specialists atleast 80% of the time causing a delay in applications moving forward on time. -no room to grow in home loans, they will only hire external underwriters. -I've been there two years and I make the same hourly wage. -they monitor your keyboard and mouse activity and will post your "inactive time" to the team chats. You cant be away from your computer for more than 5 minutes unless you're on break or lunch.
