Pros

Benefits, 401K, Vacation, etc. Enjoyed my co-workers and most of management. Free stuff/goodie bags frequently.

Cons

Seems that the free stuff/culture was to make up for the toxicity that could breed in the entry-level environment. While many managers were great, I had many that were not and were ultimately the reason why I left, as well as better paying opportunities at a competitor.

Benefits were amazing Most people were willing to help you with a question without making you feel stupid. good cafeteria

Cons

Very rigid call scoring for quality, sometimes ridiculous (after all, the quality team has an error threshold, too) Good training
