      Same Pros as many ppl have listed like * Work with REALLY smart and competent people * Exciting and interesting work * Product truly helps people and changes their lives for the better

      Cons

      * Poor management * Managers don't care for you *No good project planning, Things change at last moment and you are pissed off with last minute changes and lot of work pressure * No friendly environment * No Appreciation and motivation and by the end you feel cheated & pretty down * Some Of the R&D managers are really not friendly , they want to drink your blood to get work done. So most of the time you feel low and humiliated * No parking........ *Company has no priorities and vision *Work like balance is very bad if you are in R & D

      Pros

      * Waking up everyday knowing that my daily efforts will benefit people with diabetes around the world. * VERY smart folk; I love all the incredible brains around here. * The company has a passion for managing diabetes. * Very good benefits.

      Cons

      * With rapid growth, the alignment of departments between locales hasn't been what it needs to be. * Efforts are compartmentalized (ibid.). * 100% of effort is applied to 80% of goals. * A rush-to-market causes employees to have to "drink from a firehose" in their endeavors. * From the Management Dilemma of "Good, Fast, or Cheap–select two," Dexcom frequently selects Fast and Cheap.

      Great company for software engineers

      - Software team in Portland is full of brilliant, encouraging people. - We solve hard problems to help make people's lives and health better. - Good work/life balance - Managers understand what it takes to build quality software, and encourage it - Refreshment Friday

      Cons

      - Communication across offices is still challenging - Stock compensation was recently phased out for most employees.
