Pros

Dexcom is the place to be if you appreciate rapid growth and development. This company moves faster than any other place I've worked at, so the work is never boring. Continuous changes and obstacles keep employees on their toes and foster creative thinking and problem solving amongst the employees. In the past few years I have felt myself grow so much and there is still a lot of opportunity for my personal development. My manangement line sees the hard work and dedication I put in and is always looking to help me better myself as both an individual contributor to the team and as a leader of people. There are a lot of pain points associated with an organization that is growing as fast as we are, but the team here consists of some of the smartest, hardest working, and innovative individuals I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. The environment is highly collaborative and while the normal office politics exist, they don’t run the business. I truly love working at Dexcom.

Cons

It is hard at times to not feel overwhelmed with pressure when deadlines are approaching, Dexcom takes new product launches very seriously and does not accept NO for an answer when trying to meet their timelines. This problem perpetuates itself because EVERYONE is so busy and overwhelmed that sometimes it feels there is nowhere to turn for guidance. This can make an employee fairly frustrated but it’s also provided me with the strength and tool set to work through larger problems on my own.

Pros

Pros Only thing good was the building layout, and food/snacks vendor

Cons

Cons Hmmm where do i start, i worked for about 2 months. It was a temp-to-hire position. I just want to say this place is so bad. Management was horrible, just everything was bad. When i first started i was litterally being harrased all day for the first 3 weeks there by the security. I didnt have my badge till 3 weeks after the hire. So i would go outside and get fresh air, when it was time to come back in, the security would say so many rude comments like "why are you here" "what the helllll are you doing here". This was disrespectful. Not once but everyday until i got sick of it and took the back door to go outside. Also you do not get recognition for your hard work, if your smart and and a hardworker they will.not see that. The pay is super low, and when you get hired on, its on 50¢ more. Everybody thats in this company is connected, everything falls on favortism. They will pick on you till you get sick of it and leave so they can get there family members in. I also feel it was a race thing, i would walk in the door and everybody start speaking in there launguage. If you arent there race they will belittle. I was in the electronics as an assembler. Camillle was horrible
