      Good salaries. Many holidays. If you want job security and a good salary this is your company.

      Bureaucracy. Very German organisation, hierarchy is very important, stick to the rules.

      * Collaborative work atmosphere, great colleagues, excellent working conditions * Good compensation and benefits * Good worklife balance

      Cons

      * Increased focus on Telecommunications leaves lot of (boring) telco jobs and very few opportunities in emerging (interesting) areas * Poor middle management leads to lack of clear direction, no sense of purpose for projects and lot of internal politics * Over the years, Deutsche Telekom has become very germany-focused - offering very few opportunities with international exposure.
