      Work environment ok, colleagues nice.

      Cons

      Hard work not appreciated (i dont mean rewarded financially, just not appreciated), bad management (each and every day i wonder how do some people get on management position with very bad people skills and 0 target orientation). I wont recommend for anyone to work !

      Big company, colleague is nice. Good spirit of knowledge sharing.

      Cons

      Limited salary increase number. No allowance, no Canter. No more welfare. Not a good place for work.
