Pros
- Greatest people and company culture I know - Strategic and diversity of projects - Beautiful work environment - Best knowledge sharing platform ever - Transversal learning (able to move from one area of expertise to other if wanted)
Cons
- Not always expected salary - Work / Life / Energy balance - Clients are becoming tough nowadays - Normal demanding and stressful part of consultancy life - Some projects aren't totally aligned with my values
