      • Has per diem and meal allowance for every engagement that includes traveling. • Great experience on working under pressure and tight deadlines. • Has a mentor-mentee program wherein there would be a lot to learn related to the career inside the firm. • Free food and massage during busy season. • Benefits and allowances is good.

      Cons

      • You might only be assigned to one to two clients for the whole year, which is likely to be a downside if you want to be exposed to different client industries. • Working culture can sometimes get toxic, especially during busy season (October-April) and lead to exploitation. • Depending on the engagement's budget and manager, might not always have an overtime pay. Hence, salary may be considered not enough with the level of stress, pressure and length of time that you are working.
